    Item was well priced and arrived exactly as described, matching the "open box" description. Since it was pulled from a new system, there was some data written to the SSD, but it was minimal. Would recommend seller.

    The charger I received works phenomenally. The seller saved me spending $104 on a charger. I really appreciate what they do in finding products & selling them at a cheaper rate. It really saved me a lot of stress. I highly recommend using this seller for your e bike charger needs!!!

    Nice little fan, but half the photos showed the wrong model. I did not notice this, and believed I was getting the larger fan. Seller responded with an offer to refund a portion of my payment to keep it or send me a label to ship back. I took the partial refund. Beware the ads here. Scrutinize every bit of this seller's items displayed to make sure you are getting what you paid for.

    I received the item and it didn’t work. However I contacted the seller and we exchanged a few messages and pictures and they concluded the item must have been damaged in transit. They then sent another one and this one works. The seller was very responsive and remedied my issue quickly. Thank you.
