  Originally I was not happy with the state of my phone when I got it, however after contacting the vendor about my issues, they had issued a refund even when the product was labelled as not refundable. They provided the shipping label along with it s cost and provided a full refund. Very pleased with the professionalism and amicable attitude.

  Great seller. There was a small issue with the turntable when it arrived, and they were super responsive and helpful throughout. Easy to communicate with and very fair.

  Vendor answered questions and shipped promptly. Item didn't function as listed, but vendor promptly accepted a return despite the sale being a "no return" sale. Would buy from them again simply due to professionalism.

  It arrived in perfect condition, just like the seller said. Packaging was excellent, And it shipped within the next day! The vaule of the product was also very cheap compared to amazon. It was a great deal! The description was accurate too!!!

  Seller was very quick to pack and ship guitar. Guitar was not packed in a designated case. Guitar was packed in a cardboard box and wrapped in bubble wrap. Guitar arrived with aesthetic damage that was not included in the description or listing pictures. Guitar was ready to play out of box.
