  Juan has provided the most thorough and complete repair possible on my X1 Carbon, Gen 11. He repaired and returned it within 10 days and packaged it very well for the shipment. He inspected my unit and discovered a second port also needing repair and did so for a very nominal fee. I can't thank him enough for helping me repair both ports and do it so thoroughly. I recommend Citirom to anyone who needs a laptop repair. He is the BEST!

  Laptop power jack repair - spouse was a bit skeptical of mailing out the laptop, but I took the plunge based on previous reviews. They were not wrong, and the repair was quick and inexpensive. Juan was very communicative and shared repair details and photos often. I would absolutely use his services again, and would recommend him to anyone needing their laptop fixed.

  Very satisfied with the service provided. They had my son's occulus fixed and shipped back out in about a day after receiving it. They packaged the oculus well when they shipped it back and it works perfectly. I couldn't be happier.
