  I requested updated pics of faucet to verify all was ok, which the seller verified. I made an offer and my offer was accepted. Then, 5 days later after making other purchases to match the faucet, when expecting it to arrive, I received a cancellation notice "I'm out of stock or the item is damaged" without even a contact from the seller first. I contacted Seller which responded the box had a slight tear so dbl chkd parts and there are 1 OR 2 small parts missing so scrapped it. Very frustrated!

  Initially skeptical of buying because there were no photos showing the actual item, only stock photos, but price was good and worth the risk. Faucet exactly as described, nothing missing, perfect condition. Shipped in original box, which was torn and beat up, no extra box, protection, or packing material added. Fortunately no damage from shipping. Great buy for the price, but shipping in a taped up, damaged box was risky for an expensive faucet. A+ for item, C- for packing. Happy overall.
