  Thought box went missing, seller was supportive and willing to go the extra mile. Package arrived three days after it was "signed for" by USPS. But all good in the end. Second item purchased from this seller. Happy with the relationship.

  Items very good condition! Package well protected with very slight bending of page corners, I bought 2 manuals separately from seller without knowing. Seller contacted me & combined shipping for me & gave me a fair refund for shipping!!! I wish more sellers was this honest & accommodating.

  Super nice guy. We had some issues with USPS and seller offered a refund or re-send with no questions asked. Sleer always responded to my messages quickly and without snark.   Top notch. Sturdily packaged and as described, arriving undamaged across the Atlantic. Finally, an original manual rather than a poor, blurry scan! Thank you. My only gripe is with eBay using Evri rather than Royal Mail, but that's the global shipping programme, not the seller.
