  I RETURNED THE ITEM (Genuine Leather Pants), NOT AS DESCRIBED (It is not genuine leather) TO THIS SELLER, AND HE HAS NEVER REFUND ME. I ASKED EBAY TO STEP IN SO MANY TIMES SINCE MAY 12TH 2025. Ebay asked me to talk to the seller which I did (10 emails) for the money for the shippinglabel, and then ebay asked me to return the item on my funds to be able to receive a refund and I am protected under Money guaranted for the price of the item and the amount of the return shipping. EBAY DOESN'T WANT

  Quality was not as described, item is NOT ZARA, seller was responsible for proving shipping label and said they could wanted my papal email to send me funds to ship the item back to china, overall this was such an issue worked for 3 plus weeks trying to resolve this issue. Seller offer partial refund! Not ok ! Unhappy to say the least. Buyer beware!

  Normally I'd tried to say something positive that came from a bad order especially if t's one little thing. In this case i can do no such thing. The fact that seller took my funds, packaged and shipped the item knowing full well it looks nothing like the item in the photo leaves me with no sympathy for the seller. I own the original shoe and simply wanted another pair and the fact that it is so Obviously not the boot I have or the one in the photo is absolutely unacceptable.

  The coat was exactly as expected. The shipper was very responsive to my questions about its shipment date In truth, it does look ridiculous on me but it is very cozy and warm for private use. It came in excellent condition. And I would say it was a good value

  This seller scammed me out of $98.31. I ordered this pair of gold boots, but I also ordered a pair of blue. I received the Gold pair in its own box, but not tge blue ones. They marked both pair as delivered and used the same tracking number. I let them know immediately and they did nothing and I also opened a ticket because I never received it. I do not recommend this seller at all Horrible experience and Iwill never buy from them aagain.

  Accurate description, good communication, reasonable shipment, good buy and will buy again
