    Item came exactly as described, brand new. Excellent customer service. The pen included did not come with the package, but customer service helped out tremendously. The screen on the tablet has a nice resolution and image display for the price. Highly recommend.

    il Laptop è giunto in tempi brevi, rispecchia le aspettative sia costruttive che di prestazioni, purtroppo quello ricevuto ha avuto un problema di batteria, non caricava e si spegneva se non alimentato, ho inizato la procedura di rese, le comunicazioni con il venditore sono state eccellenti e pronte, hanno provveduto a ritirare il Laptop in tempi brevi, ed ho ricevuto non appene l'oggetto è rientrato al venditore immediatamente l'importo pagato. Ottimo venditore a parte l'intoppo. A++
