    Great product and price. When it arrived, although it had been well packed DHL had managed to shatter it. Withing days it was replaced and arrived in perfect condition. Cannot recommend this firm highly enough. Great service, great comms and did all they could to assist.

    Item received in excellent condition and as described. Took a while to open the package as seller had made sure it was extremely well packaged and protected for transiting through the postal system. Would buy from this seller again. No complaints whatsoever. Thank you

    Unfortunately the seller was out of stock. He contacted me immediately and offered a refund. I have purchased from this seller before, and always had good service. So I am happy with this this transaction, and am sure the seller will have more to sell in due course. The price was reasonable, and one cannot complain about the service. All good!

    Received by post in 4 days. 1x 7.8mm diameter x 117mm long HSS Drill Bit. Looks to be "Brand New" and Un-used. Drill bit is un-branded and packed in un-sealed, basic plastic bag, hand labelled 7.8mm, complete with full VAT Invoice. As listed & as shown in photo. Thank you.
