  Avoid. Chat: Seller: "item is stuck in customs due to the Gov't shut down. We're sorry, we expected your item to be here and for us to ship it to you. Do you urgently..." Buyer: "item marked as located in: The Colony, Texas, United States. So, there's no customs to speak of. On top of that government shut down was at midnight on September 30. As the latest update: Sun, Sep 28..." Seller: "Gov't sorts itself our and gets to work and releases our shipment? Please advise" I've been mislead. Bad CS.

  My friend, you and the world know the American Gov't is shut down right now. Shipments are stuck in customs. We were out of stock and we had an order come into the US and was stuck in customs. Perhaps you don't understand that? We ship from The Colony, which is the marked location. We explained our situation to you. Unfortunately, you chose not to accept the reality of the situation that the Gov't shutdown has delayed the shipment of your item. Do you now understand?
