  cello arrived as expected, great quality. sound, came with banch acessories, more than I expected. Condition of the cello is very excellent and exactly as described.case is really good too, it's nice styled. it came with 2 strings packages. picture for sure match exactly the description. Lee is very nice person and he was great in support, communication. I can't say how good he is. I'm very happy with the product. I wish success and all the best.

  I can’t say enough good things about Christina Music and Lee! They were wonderful to work with! They answered all my questions and concerns. I was kept up to date with tracking information. The package came exceptionally packed with considerable thought given to any potential issues. The case is in excellent condition. My daughter loves the straps and padding for her back. The handle folds into the case to make it easy to transport. The inside is so soft and molded to the cello. 100% recommend!

  SPLENDID AND UNBEATABLE DEAL. Item arrived just as described and arrived pretty fast too. Shoulder rest fits perfect and is of great quality I would have paid double the price and it's expensive looking too for the low price that it cost me I am looking forward to do business with this outstanding seller in the near future.   I received the order it was perfect; the product are great. I always receive the goods one month later, but even if I have a problem, seller Lee always responds very quickly and fixes any problem, so I can buy without worry. Lee may be the best customer service person.

  I havent receive the case yet, but i really really love the service. There is a employee who will respond to you, but im in Viet Nam so there is still time difference so a lil delay on message but it is ok. My case will come will a film layer to help the case get to me without scratching and the shop also gift me a set of violin strings for free and the employee who serve me named Lee was so polite. I will update when i get the case, i got the dazzling color, hope that it will be beautiful.

  This cello case is everithing I expected it is so beautiful, color matches perfectly to description and picture. The price was excellent. The packaging was over the top. Quality is 100/10. The top customer service from Christina Music especially Lee. Thank you so much!
