    The seller (images & description included) attempted to sell Peloton accessories brand new, never opened, & undamaged. When receiving the item the box was opened, severely damaged and missing essential components of the product described such as handrail, hardware , monitor extension. The seller is dishonest and failed to inform me of missing components. I paid premium shipping costs to ensure the item would be handled with care totaling $600+

    Prompt delivery and replies. Told me everything I needed to know and product showed up with what I would consider doomsday scenario packaging! I have worked for UPS and NOBODY could've destroyed this computer in transit. A++ and my kind regards.

    Stay away from this seller. Items arrived damaged. See pics attached. Had to start a dispute with my credit card company for my refund. I Refused delivery. Seller is not honest. Seller told me I was wrong for refusing delivery.
