  Response to problems is the true measure of a seller. The item was as advertised and shipped promptly with good packaging. Attempting to install it a few days later, I discovered a small piece was missing and contacted the seller. He located the piece and shipped it at no cost within 24 hours. If possible I would give six stars for the overall experience due to his handling of this minor problem.
