    Latex ballons ordered (3 weeks in advance of occassion), packaged badly in white paper envelope damaged in transit. Ballons appeared undamaged. 10m ribbon had not been included as per sale particulars. Contacted seller who wanted a picture as evidence, picture sent including date of party an when item needed for. Short response advising will be sent received from seller. To date no ribbon has been received had to purchase elsewhere. Poor customer service, poor product would not recommend

    Good quality and value. Speedy delivery. Communication good. Delivery was short but when notified seller arranged a refund for the missing quantity. As well as doing that the seller went above and beyond and sent another delivery. All very much appreciated. Thank you 😊
