    Unusual feedback, but thought I would leave it anyway. The seller was away, probably on holiday, and I didn't notice that. They took the trouble to message me to ask if I had noticed, then when I apologised and said I didn't notice, they allowed me to cancel the order, in fact did it for me. SO...... while I never got this item it shows that this is definitely the kind of seller you want to do business with. I can only apologise for not noticing they were away.

    Nice product, VERY reasonable price. Great service, Unfortunately let down by the terrible Post Office service. NOT the sellers fault. Product arrived two days late, no wonder the Post Office is losing customers and looks like they may go broke...

    Purchased Halnziye 410 but instead sent a different product, seller stated it was the same just a different package, however its specifications were not, and product unsuitable, buyer accepted the return and refunded. I initially left negative feedback due to feeling the seller was dishonest, however the seller understanding his mistake, apologised for the entire scenario and stated it would not happen again, we trust the seller and accept his apology so have decided to give positive feedback

    Great seller. I bought an item while he was away, not realising it. The seller messaged me to notify me that he was away, even though I should have read it from the notice by Ebay on his listing. I then asked to cancel the order, which he did almost immediately. Honest seller with great communication. Would definitely recommend.
