    Arrived well packed and just as described - but without CD which should have been inside the outer cover. It was obviously an oversight by seller. I contacted seller who immediately gave me full refund - within 2 minutes of my email! - and told me to keep the book. This is exceptional service and went above and beyond what is expected.     The item was delivered ahead of expected time. It is as described in good condition. It was competitively priced. There could have been a little bit more packaging on the book corners as it looks like it had been dropped on one corner during transit. Other than that the quality is as expected. I would recommend this ebayer
