    Hello: this item was ordered by me a short time ago it arrived in the us mail today it arrived in a very timely manner. and in excellent condition, the seller did a superb job at packaging my item for shipping. it was a personalized item and even that was perfect. upon arrival there was no damage to the item at all .everything about this transaction was to great perfection. i would definitely purchase from this seller again .everything was in good order. my address was clearly printed.

    Not sellers fault, item came bent and creased. USPS failed miserably. Package left CA to Chicago 40 miles from my address then to Fox Valley 30 miles from address then to FLA. 1300 miles from my address then arrived damaged.
