    Dispatched and delivered quickly, packaged well, easy to assemble, described as "ex-demo" - arrived with mud on tires and frame - experience would be a bit better if it was clean, it's still a £800 bike, missing manuals and tools etc which was a bit of a let down but still I think value for money was decent. Quick and polite support reply to my silly questions.

    Top Cap exactly as described and at a great price. Original shipment went missing in the post (not sellers fault) and a replacement was issued immediately and delivered within 24hrs. Excellent customer service from Chicken CycleKit

    Exactly as described and delivered within the predicted timeframe (very fast). Very good price for this item, maybe because it simply came in a bag rather than a branded box. It still had all the usual ties to keep all the cogs in place. Initially I received a 105 cassette instead of Ultegra. I contacted Chicken who responded quickly, advising it was a packing error and I should go through the eBay return process. I did. The refund was processed quickly as was my second order for the same item.

    Unfortunately Royal Mail 48hr delivery didn't live up to the name but the seller was very prompt to refund no questions asked and was very helpful. Received eventually and axle is exactly as described and good quantity
