It came packed in a sturdy external box for added protection, and the fast overnight delivery. It was great value for money. Once they were in receipt of the incorrect item they arranged for the correct to be dispatched, which was done over night so I was in receipt of the correct item the next morning. Highly recommended for the supply of anything cycle related, along with super quick delivery

Quick and polite support reply to my silly questions.
