I have sold hundreds of instruments and mouthpieces, never any problems, why did this gentleman, new to eBay, buy two mouthpieces and they are both defective?....🤔it seems very, very strange to me..🤔🤔

I request all buyers don't buy any item from this seller. Crack mouth pics send me no usable item . Just through away in dustbin. He commit to return me $20 doller. But no amount return till date. So very very bad experience about the seller
