  When the product arrived, the packaging material was wet and so was the product box. It's not the seller's fault, but it was disappointing. There was no problem with the product itself and it was in good condition. Shipping was also fast. It was a very good transaction, thank you!

  The sax arrived in great time of 8 days from Italy and was very securely packed .post seems high but it’s a heavy sax so may be right . It is in a nice well made case and the sax has a nice fast key action with seemingly new pads . It looks a good sax but until I get reeds can’t play it but i look forward to doing so . Seller was prompt and polite offering to remedy any possible problems i might have . An experienced instrument seller , informative and easy to deal with .so highly recommended

  The instrument is as described. Very good! It was also shipped very quickly. However, the bag, which is essential for carrying the instrument, was not described but should have been because the zipper is broken and the inside very worn. The packaging for such an instrument and the costs of shipping should also be more sturdy.
