    Item was well packed and exactly as described and was promptly sent for authentication and promptly forwarded for delivery. However FedEx failed to deliver it on the promised and expected day and then only delivered it after I finally was able to speak to a real FedEx person and complain . FedEx updates were virtually non-existent. But my contact with seller was excellent.

    Beautiful piece that is almost impossible to find in platinum so I jumped on trying to strike a deal when it was listed. Seller was extremely responsive to inquiries and very reasonable with negotiating a fair price for purchase. Shipping was very fast to authenticator and item came exactly as described/ pictured.     As advertised. Quick and secure shipping and delivery. Item was securely packaged and delivered with tracking and signature confirmation. Appraisal certificate was included along with all items indicated. Really love the ring. Took it to a certified appraisal place and they verified everything is as advertised. Very satisfied customer.
