  A positive follow up to my initial review that was negative due to not receiving my item. The seller was professional and prompt in regards to my refund request. So no issues with the seller. It must have gotten lost during shipping.

  I purchased a brush cutter head. It was missing one of the pins. I contacted the seller. I gave her 2 weeks to send another pin. She did not respond. I contacted her and she offered a refund. Which I accepted. The next day she said 25%. I said No. Then She offered 50%. I would not do business with this vendor again.
