  The figurine was as described, beautifully packed & sent to me very promptly The problem incurred was totally down to the courier. I hate to see other reviewers give negative or neutral feedback to sellers who do everything in their power to ensure a smooth & professional transaction, but are then let down by matters outside of their control. So I just wanted to say thank you for your speedy & fair response. I will certainly buy from you again

  The item was delivered in good time and at reasonable cost considering its size, weight and international flights. The packaging was strong and well padded to ensure safe transit over a long journey with several parcel interchanges.
