  1) 3) This seller NEVER identified that she lived in the Netherlands, after I ordered and paid for THREE postcards to use on a commissioned piece of art. Only told me after the fact and THEN, told me she shipped it the cheapest way possible, with NO tracking and says "this takes eight to ten WEEKS to arrive here"!!! There are three items I want refunds for and I will file a claim for each one.

  Why does eBay always insist I leave feedback for items I have not received? This card is coming from Europe (Netherlands) and sellers underestimate the inefficiency of the US Postal Service. If I would report nonreceipt you would makethe seller refund my payment and the when the item finally arrives I'd only have to pay him again. Change you policy of demanding feedback based on estimated delivery dates. The are often wrong.
