  Item was well packaged and quick to be delivered. An error on my part (thinking it was the wrong size but not realising it had to be assembled which made it longer…) meant necessary communication with the seller who was quick to respond and resolve the situation. Good value for money.

  Superfast delivery, well packed in what appeared to be the original box, excellent item at a good price. Really pleased with my purchase as it is exactly as described, is very sturdy, offers various options for hanging your towels and fits into a small space. Just what I wanted - thanks very much!!   Item even better than described. Advertised as used, but the brackets and fittings were in sealed bags in the original box. Received in 3 working days over New Year. Great value! 5* service.
