  Description at the time had said there was an extension strap. It didn't come with one. I reached out and was told there wasn't suppose to be an extension strap. The extension strap is why I bought this one. I can barley get this one around my arm

  The package never arrived. I am leaving a positive because it was NOT the seller's fault. In the tracking, I can see that the seller shipped the package the very next day. It was lost in the mail by USPS. Communication with the seller was great too. They even offered me, either a refund or a second shipment but when I saw the message a refund was sent already.
