  There was a little issue with the delivery due to the mail carrier and they quickly resolve it and ended up refunding me the shipping cost with out me even asking. After that they were quick to get me the bars. Bars fit great. Adding the controls to the wire ends was a breeze. They feel sturdy and have less flex the my name brand Paul taffy bars that were on my bike for years.

  Put in a order for these, 3 days later I asked if he was going to ship them, he responded that he has 2 days to ship them. 5 days later still not shipped and wants to give me some lame excuse that the FedEx driver never saw them on the dock. I asked to be refunded to purchase these from somewhere else. Not goid business at all.

  We have a 2 business day handling time noted on the listing. So, if a kit is purchased on the weekend it can stretch out to 4 days. The customer brought it to our attention that the package had not moved. We found it on our loading dock with the shipping label on it. He asked for a refund. We apologized and told him we dropped the ball then refunded him. We do make mistakes.
