Spedisco tutti i miei ordini tramite Royal Mail e spedisco 6 giorni alla settimana (esclusa la domenica). I week after paying for item and still not arrived. Purchased to make for a lady and lost sale as I couldn’t complete neckkace. Very upset and disappointed. Wouldn’t use or recommend ☹️

The negative feedback is regarding Royal Mail postage times and not the item. This order was placed at 4.18am and was posted at 3pm on the same day. My postage time for this order was actually 11 hours and I have the proof of postage from the post office. No tracked or recorded delivery option was selected, so this item was posted by regular first class post as selected by the buyer. Ebay delivery estimates are only an estimate and there is no guaranteed delivery time for regular post - Anne
