EBay needs Sellers like this who quickly let you know when there is a problem and offer solutions immediately. Will certainly not hesitate to order from them again in the future. I've given 5 stars throughout as I'm sure the item would have been as expected and delivery would have been speedy.

I was home, but they never knocked or rang the doorbell. Luckily I heard the gate from the kitchen. The driver had already cleared the 3 houses to his van and was pulling away and my parcel was on my doorstep in clear view for anyone to take. I can't fault the seller as I believe it was sent by royal mail and outsourced to yodel for delivery.
