    Very nice, arrived on time. Although a new item, one of the corners was damaged. Not terrible, but we had to do a little repair work before assembling. I would have asked for an exchange, but listing said it was the last one. Also, I don't believe this seller accepts returns, which always makes me think twice about buying. Still, I'm mostly happy with this purchase.

    Terrible interaction waited over a month product didn’t arrive. When I sent a query was told there was no tracking details received, the courier was experiencing delays and then it would be here in less than a week. I was asked to cancel my query which would mean I was not able to open a new query if it still didn’t arrive. Was finally told they cancelled my order and I issued a refund so as to not reflect badly on their shop. I fear this was a scam as all the seller had to do was update eBay

    Very helpful seller dealt with an issue that arose about the order. Would recommend because of the way the issue was handled. Communication is a big deal, and the seller did communicate very well regarding this issue. I believe they went over and above to not only make it right but also make sure I knew they wanted it to be done right. Thank you so much for your help! Item was as described!
