  Like a few others in recent history, I received the incorrect item from this seller, but they at least made it right with a refund. So, I'm rating this a positive for the correct conclusion, but I wanted to make a note so others can be aware. Hopefully the seller can figure out a way ship reliably while still dedicating their time to dealing with the actually important situation with their child.
