Sadly the delivery driver was another 'drop it and run' merchant who couldn't be bothered to wait for a reply. Do we really have to go down the same route as the USA where parcels are dropped on doorsteps and stolen 5 minutes later? I thought we did things more politely in the UK.

Sadly the delivery company were did not take care of how they handled the package and one was quite badly damaged. The seller very kindly quickly replaced the damaged one when I explained what had happened. It is nice to know that there are still people who actually care what happens to items they sell and I sincerely hope the deivery company recompense the seller.

There was an issue with yodel....I'm not happy with their customer service at all, they delivered to a neighbour, even though I'd put a separate safe place on the website...then they literally said ' I suggest you try all the neighbours first' ....my partner found it eventually.

I contacted the seller who immediately gave me a full refund (I sent them a picture) and apologised. Really good customer service and I have immediately purchased a replacement from them. Sometimes these things happen and when they do you want to be dealing with people like this…thanks again Matt

Only concern was the courier threw the package over our 6ft gate without knocking! We have two easily seen parcel boxes and 5 dogs who like to bark when they hear a mouse squeak 10 miles away! I've messaged the courier and their reply was not very satisfactory. Glad you packed the bowl well so thanks for that. Warm regards.
