    I ordered the wrong size chain, i ordered a 52 drive link chain for a 14" bar but it was far too big. I contacted the seller and asked if i returned it could it be swapped for a 45 drive link chain to fit a 12" bar. I was told yes not a problem. So i returned it the following day, now i am just awaiting delivery of the 45 drive link chain. great customer service
