Packaging was more than adequate, and product arrived safely.     Great experience with the seller got a as described back back leaf blower ran in hard for 50 minutes when I got it with no problem to be found messaged the sell about the package size got back to me within 30 minutes 5/5 experience with this seller.

    Shipping was prompt, packaging was proper. I did have an issue with "as described". The trimmer engine did not "run strong". However, after communicating the issue with the seller the issue was quickly and efficiently resolved. I am pleased with the solution of a partial refund to cover the cost of making the engine "run strong"!

    Package arrived damaged at no fault of the sellers. After I informed the seller of the damage they responded quickly and sent a replacement part as soon as possible. Besides the excellent customer service, the brush cutter runs great and was a great price. Highly recommend this seller and look forward to buying from them again.

    The item is just as described I put in gas and 3 pulls it was running Shipping was usps and box was to large for mail box I then had to go pick up at post office where another carrier would have put on porch Over all much easier route than rebuild
