  Item could have shipped sooner (4 days after purchase) but arrived in an acceptable time. The item was securely packed & exactly as pictured. Everything matched the description perfectly. Seller was responsive, professional, and easy to work with throughout. Communication was excellent, making the entire transaction smooth and hassle-free.   Item exactly as described. I haven't opened it as it's a birthday present but the item is sealed and the box is in excellent shape. Very fast postage and decent packaging. The postage costs are outrageous but that's not the sellers fault. Going of what used copies of this item are going for I was more than happy to pay a little more for a sealed game.

  AVOID. Seller ignored messages before & after buying, until I got stern and asked for a partial refund. Seller is located only 2 hours away yet took 4-5 days to ship it. Paid for ground postage yet put it in a priority box so I had to pay $13 more to get my package. (he refunded the $13). Resulted in even FURTHER delays & I wound up having to drive across town to pick it up. Item is as described but I'm giving a neg because of all the BS I had to deal with. Selling is not rocket science, people.

  The item arrived on time. It was not properly packaged. It arrived damaged. I contacted the seller. I sent photographs of the damaged item. They offered a partial refund. After a week, I contacted the seller again. I told them I had not received the refund. The seller did not respond. A few days later, I contacted the seller again. The seller did not respond.
