    I ordered some sheets that I thought were cotton, but somehow I'd made a mistake, and didn't see it until I had washed them. The company went beyond standing behind a reputation..and shipped me the sheets I had wanted, at no cost to me. I'd say that's a company to purchase from.

    I received my item safely packaged, new as described. Unfortunately, the color didn't exactly match the pillow cases I already had, so I was forced to return them. The return process was very easy and I promptly received a full refund. I highly recommend this seller based on my experience.

    This was shipped quickly. However, the bed skirt was listed as "cream" and the label on the package was "cream". Cream color has a pale yellowish tint, more so than ivory. It was definitely BEIGE. The refund was issued the same day they received the return.
