They sent it from California to Louisiana to Minnesota to Georgia just to get it to Tennessee. I was not happy and I told the vendor. They issued partial refund.... AND THEN the pkg arrived in a damaged condition so I told them about that. They issued a full refund. Very helpful vendor. I will certainly keep them in mind if I decide to use their services again. Nice people. They did all they could.

The quality of the product was amazing, very inexpensive and appearance was astounding. After reaching out to the seller they offered to send me a replacement free of charge with no return of the defective product needed! Great communication in a timely fashion. I had to ask the seller for additional information twice, once before purchasing and a second time, after cracking one pillar during the application, and no point did this seller give me a hard time, charge an additional fee for resending or enforce a store credit. No only did they respond right away but resent the cracked pillar for free. This has been on of the most delightful eBay experiences yet.
