  I purchased the headset for a trip, received it, and then left on a business trip for the entire summer. The headset turned out to be non-functional due to a battery issue. The seller told me to return it, but I can only do that in early fall, as I will return to the U.S. then — and now the seller has disappeared. The item was originally sold as fully functional. The condition and contents are exactly as described, BUT it simply doesn’t work...

  Seller refused to ship and refuses refund. Item purchased on Aug 5- appears label created. Item has still not been received on Aug 20 and has not been shipped. I have contacted seller two separate times about item and refund with no response.
