    Item arrived very quickly and was as advertised. The item is thin metal, very bendable metal but was shipped in a soft envelope. Looks possibly bent out of shape but can hopefully be rounded back out.

    Needed to match vendors springs to an old Bandmaster, Salvationist Publishing Euphonium I am restoring. Communication to get the correct diameter was excellent. Parts arrived in fine shape. The vendor recommended the correct ones because they fit perfectly and work well. Would deal with again.
