  I left a 5 star ratings because the seller at communicating, did an amazing job with packaging, and did everything in her power to solve the issue. It was unfortunate the item did not power on but we did our best to contact the manufacturer to find a solution. I would purchase from this seller again because of how seamless it was to communicate with her and her attention to detail. Thank you.

  Exceptional seller! I can't say the same for USPS who lost the item for over a month! The seller went above and beyond submitting a claim, handling all the paperwork with USPS. Then magically the post office found the package! Trusted seller.
