    The phone arrived packaged well and just as described, expected to get a 25watt charger with the phone though but that's a minor issue, I'm satisfied with the purchase and I would recommend this seller to anyone on a budget or otherwise 5 stars for me

    So I purchased (2) Samsung s20fe cell phones from this company and received the items but they were not in the condition as descripted so I asked to return the items and once this company received the items they tried to refund me for only (1) Samsung s20fe so I had to contact Ebay to step in and help then finally I was refunded for the other phone. BEWARE I DO NOT RECCOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!!!

    I ended up returning the phone for personal reasons but it did arrive fast, well-packed, screen was perfect, the frame had some scuffs but otherwise very usable and a great deal. The return process was smooth and seamless, return shipping was covered and I got refunded quickly. Will definitely look into this buyer again for future phones. Thanks
