  Thank you so much! Chalk was packaged well and came intact. Seller had great communication when I thought it was lost in the mail. Shipping took a bit but it was coming from another country to the U.S. I’d definitely recommend this seller ! Great products at a good price!

  Item did not match description. Photos & description implied that there'd be 9 pencils per set. I ordered 2 sets -- and got only 2 pencils. I wouldn't have knowingly spent $8 each on pencils! Obviously terrible value. When I contacted the seller for a return, they refused to send me a return shipping label. Instead they sent me an address in China -- even though the pencils were sent to me from California-- & said they would only reimburse me after I sent the pencils back at my expense. Shady!

  Item was gift, so I can't speak to the packaging or shipping quality, but the seller did reach out to verify that these delivered as there was an issue with the tracking number. Very communicative and offered solutions had there been an actual issue.
