    The remote receiver was shipped fast. The seller responded to my initial questions when I asked him. The packaging could be better though. It only had one thin piece of bubble wrap and the packaging was not thick enough to protect it. I would recommend the seller at least mail it in better more secure packaging as the post office throws the mail and if it was thrown on my concrete patio it could have broke. Luckily, the receiver worked and that is all that mattered.

    Excellent customer service! The seller was very helpful in making sure I purchased the correct part. The item arrived quickly, very well-packaged, and in brand-new condition — exactly as described. It looks high-quality and very well-made. I hurried home to replace my faulty unit of 20 years, and the installation went perfectly. This was a hard-to-find part, and I’m thrilled to have found such a great vendor.     BUYER BEWARE !!! Seller went from hero to zero in a flash. After much communication and seller asking for much info and pictures of old remote ,selling me what he said I needed. When it arrived and didn't work, he asked a few more questions. After that he totally ignored my request for a refund and even blocked me from his merchandise. All I did was ask for a return label, so I could get a refund . Sad ,sad way to do business.

    Your full money was refunded. The buyer purchased another similar remote back in June 2025. He later wanted us to match the price of the new remote to the purchase (yes, we have email proof). We asked them to ship the new remote back so we can check, as it should have worked (and it did). Buyer states we ignored his email regarding a refund, but twice we sent him emails stating "refunds are no problem" and "please return the remote to us". I do not know how else to help him?
