  Item that was sent was not the same as ordered. Seller had already contacted me to let me know of mistake and offer full refund if I was not happy. And also to keep product anyway. I requested refund which was received within 2 days. Very happy. Will purchase again

  Have not opened it yet as its xmas present. Postage was fast. The delivery service just left the parcel in the middle of the entrance of my front door for everybody to see from the street when I have area that hide large parcels, no knock on the door just pissed of as fast as he could according to my cctvs, very poor service from Parcel Freight Logistics, please dont use them.

  Nachdem die Smartwatch ca. eine Woche getragen wurde, ging der Ein-/Ausschalt-Knopf nicht mehr. Kontakt mit Verkäufer aufgenommen, der sehr bemüht war, eine Lösung zu finden. Ich erhalte eine Rückerstattung für den defekten Artikel. Vielen Dank!
