  The item arrived in great packaging. Unfortunately the machine did not function properly. I contacted seller and the response was very quick. Started a return and received a refund immediately. The seller has been great and understandable through the process and it's a shame the machine had a malfunction that can not be fixed. It was a used machine and listed as such. Great customer service! I gave the item a five star as it was listed used and came exactly as described. Thanks again.

  The printer arrived faster than expected, and was well packaged. For the seller using stock photos, the printer I received looked brand new. Everything was included to run the printer except for filament, and manual as stated in description. The printer works perfectly as expected and has fairly low hours on it. Great price for lightly used product. I'd highly recomend purchasing from this seller. Their communications were spot on, leaving the customer feeling assured in the transaction.

  Bambu X1C printer came packaged well and it worked as if it was brand new. Only had minor scuffs on it and they where not really noticeable. Awesome seller will keep this seller in my favorites he kept me informed about my order throughout the entire process.
