  My experience with the seller is that they are fraudulent. Seller provided bad tracking number and item never actually shipped. Early communication with seller was useless garble that made no sense, then all communication stopped. I initiated a case and EBay quickly resolved it in my favor with a refund. Still no response or explanation from seller. I don’t know why they are still doing business on EBay. I’m guessing prior positive feedback is as fraudulent as the seller. Avoid this seller!

  Waited over 7 days for item which never arrived & tracking info was useless. Poor seller communication. I had to contact seller to chase things up, they only offered to re send item, not refund me. Occasion I needed item for had well passed, so I requested refund, which seller granted. After my review seller sent me a free replacement product. I updated my feedback accordingly in light of this. Will personally not buy from seller again due to all the hassle.
