  I purchased vintage towels but was sent 2 small rolling pins. Seller did not contact me when I made inquiry. I was refunded my money thanks to ebay buyer protection when showed proof of shipping envelope and product received was not was ordered. No apologies made by seller nor consideration given to me as a buyer. I would not call this seller reputable to purchase from.

  Karen, I refunded you right way and apologized. This was a human error; I accidently mixed up the label with another package with another ecommerce site I sell on. They got your towels, and you got their rolling pins. Again, I am sorry for the inconvenience. I have emailed you a return label as well. Best regards.

  Shipping was ridiculously slow (15 days), and tracking info changed after I asked if they shipped, but they did finally arrive … in a taped up destroyed Amazon bag. Thankfully the pillowcases were as described and unharmed. Please improve shipping time and packaging.
