    Item exactly as described, arrived in perfect condition, properly packed. Good value for money. A little later than expected, but that was down to Royal Mail, not the seller - who posted it very promptly.

    Excellent service. Graphics card was exactly as described, great condition, a good fair price and worked perfectly when installed. When it arrived I was extremely impressed with how it was packaged. Secure, exceptionally well padded and in a static proof bag. Some eBay sellers could learn a thing or 2 about how to treat the goods they send out from this seller. If I could give 10 star for this service I would and is certainly someone I will use again. Many thanks.

    Very good delivery, well protected with packaging and quick delivery. Card looks very clean, good quality, virtually as new, but unfortunately arrived with a standard backplate instead of low profile. Queried this with Chris who immediately posted a replacement low profile backplate which also arrived very quickly. Very good value. Many thanks to Chris for his help and assistance.
