  Delighted with my recent purchase of 20 oo gauge wooden crates. The crates arrived promptly and safely in great packaging. The crates are as described in bran new condition.   Really happy with this purchase! The item arrived quickly — postage was prompt and reliable. Packaging was excellent, very secure and thoughtful. The item itself was just as described and in perfect condition. Great value for the price, even better than expected. Any minor concerns were quickly forgotten — nothing felt unmet in the end.   finally arrived after 8 days , tacking number isnt provided when you ask for the number the response is its not tracked , have posting number, other suppliers say tracking not provided when it isnt ,, so why advertise tracking when they know its not , when you make contact you get back well its royal mail so give it time , and the usual they are thinking of using evri etc but cost involved. So dont order this part if you need it quickly.

  1. It wasn't tracked, 2nd Class Post isn't tracked and yes I did only have the label number. I do advertise tracking but you have to pay extra for tracked service. It's all there in the item listing. Other suppliers say tracking not provided when they don't use ebay to purchase the postage. at £4.22 POST FREE, I can't afford to send tracked, I would lose money. 2nd Class usually takes 2-4 working days. This took 5 working days. 1 DAY LATE. Not 8 days as the customer claims.
