    Item didn’t arrive but as soon as I contacted the seller quickly rectified things, re-sent the item and I received it 3 days later. Item was perfect. Engraving well done. Value for money. I would recommend this seller.

    5 days late and when asked the seller came up with his usual response of "you can't declare it lost for 10 days as it's eBay and RM policy. Well no it is not and besides the contract with RM is between you and RM and nothing to do with me. Bottom line this is nothing but POOR customer service. As a buyer I can raise a non receipt case as early as 1 day after the latest specified delivery date. eBay will then wait a few days before they step in any require you to issue a refund. CUSTOMER CARE NIL

    Considering it was received after 5 working days from date of post, how can it be 5 days late. 2nd class post is 3 working days after post, which makes it 2 days late. Unfortunately once I post it, it is out of my control when Royal Mail deliver it. Some people like yourself have absolutely no patience and just like to complain

    It was due by the 8th latest - your timescale as specified in your listing - and it arrived on 13th. Do I need to do the Maths for because that is as bad as your customer service. Maybe you should consider being honest in your listings and not trying to make sales with what is unrealistic delivery timescales. Sellers like you who blame everyone but themselves and provide no customer service when things go wrong give eBay the bad name it has. Fortunately there are a LOT more better sellers. AVOID
