  The item, a ceramic dog bowl, was not as described, and the seller was extremely accommodating in allowing me to keep it rather than go to the trouble & cost of returning it. 5 stars for her level of service, if not for the item itself.

  Fantastic seller. I reached out to him, stating I never received the item, June 3. We have been working together with USPS. I even went to my local USPS and filed a complaint. Today I go to restock my husband's medical supplies. The box was sitting on top of his other supplies, never opened. TOTALLY EMBARRASSED, Honest mistake I'm so sorry to inconvenience you. My fault. Pic shows medical chair box, on top of other medical supply boxes. My Sincerest apologies.
